When harsh winter weather arrives allow our well trained team to monitor and respond to the changing snow and ice conditions. From November to March our management team monitors weather 24/7 and dispatches snow clearing crews when 5cm (2 inch) have accumulated. Our fleet is equipped with GPS, while on site our staff logs live weather data as well as site images and our management team is reachable 24/7 during these months for any urgent inquiries.
De-icing
Ice control services for each property is unique, we will work with you to provide the de-icing services that fit your sites needs. Our crews will be proactive and pre-salt if freezing rain is anticipated, de-ice after clearing snow from walkways or parking lot, provide salt boxes on site, and return to de-ice any run off areas from built up snow piles.
Trucking + Relocation
Finding space to pile snow can be difficult. ATPM has the equipment and staffing to help relocate snow piles that are built up/out too high or remove it from site should there be no alternate locations to relocate the snow to.
