FAQ
Ask us anything! If you can’t find an answer in our FAQ please contact us, we are happy to help.
General
Unfortunately, we do not offer residential services. Our staffing and equipment is geared towards servicing commercial properties like: business, condominiums, apartment buildings and industrial sites.
Since our focus is on commercial grounds maintenance services we do not provide any hardscaping services such as: driveway installations, patio installations, grading services, sod installation, pool installations, retaining wall construction or landscape design services.
If you are looking for a delivery of landscape supplies such as: mulch, topsoil, riverstone, gravel etc. please check out our sister company Lifted Trucking.
The majority of our clients are located within the city of London but we do offer some services for those located within 45 minutes of the city.
Grounds Maintenance
Yes, our E+E crews are equipped to help make improvements to your site each season that go beyond mowing grass and weeding gardens. Our commercial contracted clients can improve their sites with mulch, annuals, replacement of dead plantings, removal of overgrown areas and more.
Generally, services will continue on most holidays. However, in some cases we would adjust the weeks’ service to extend into the weekend when needed.
Our crews will work rain or shine; however with heavy rain or wet site conditions services will be postponed and would resume on an irregular schedule until we are able to get back on our usual weekly routes.
Spring – Each site service is longer, and there is no weekly route established.
Early Summer – Weekly routes are established and followed.
Late Summer – We see dry season arrive causing site needs lessen, so services can sometimes be spaced out.
Fall – Services become less regular but longer as we attend each site to clear leaves + prep garden beds for winter.
Snow + Ice Control
Unfortunately, we do not offer residential services. Our staffing and equipment is geared to servicing commercial properties like: business, condominiums, apartment buildings and industrial sites.
Our winter teams are ready 24/7 for all snow + ice events and our goal is to work throughout the night to ensure your site cleared by morning. However, the time we arrive to site depends on a variety of factors; such as, when did the event begin? What type of event is it? How long has the event been going? Our team is reachable 24/7 by phone or email, just reach out for a site update and we would be happy to assist you.
On a typical medium sized storm (site dependant) our crews would dispatch overnight with designated crews for each task – plow operators for parking lots, shovel crews for walkways, salt trucks for de-icing followed by any relocation or trucking services needed.
