Shaun Bonnallie

General Manager

I joined All Terrain as General Manager in November 2024, bringing over 27 years of experience in the snow industry. What drives me every day is the opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships— whether it’s with our clients, our team, or the broader community. I take pride in keeping operations running smoothly year-round, ensuring that every season is met with precision and care. My favorite winter element is watching our crew rise to the challenge during storms, working together to keep our clients’ properties clear and safe so their workdays start without a hitch. It’s a powerful reflection of teamwork, grit, and purpose. Outside of work, I’m an avid community volunteer and a dedicated softball coach, actively involved in several local sports organizations. Supporting others—on the field or in the field—is what I’m all about.

I’m Laura, our Human Resource Manager. I’ve been with All Terrain since 2019, and I love being part of a company where people are at the heart of everything we do. What excites me most is helping employees feel supported and celebrated in their work. My favorite part of the job is seeing the pride and energy our teams bring each day. No matter the season, it’s inspiring to watch everyone pull together and accomplish great things! Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time with family and friends in nature.

Thomas Delarge

Operations Manager

I began my journey with All Terrain over 10 years ago, in 2014 at the start of the winter season on the sidewalk teams. Before that, I completed my Sports Management diploma at Lambton College — an experience that taught me the importance of teamwork and leadership, which I carry into my role today. Over the years, I’ve grown into my position as Operations Manager, where I strive to keep crews organized and motivated, so properties look their best year-round. My favorite plantings are anything with colorful blooms, and my favorite tree is the Eastern Redbud. I really enjoy the variety that each new season brings — especially the natural beauty of freshly fallen snow on a calm, sunny day. Outside of work, I value time with family and have a lifelong passion for hockey.

Chris Spencer

Enhancements Operations Manager

I bring over two decades of hands-on experience to All Terrain, where I’ve been a proud member since 2011. I started my journey in the horticulture and landscaping industry at just 14 years old, over the years I developed a passion and expertise for creating outdoor spaces that thrive. As Enhancements Manager, I take pride in leading our teams through various projects that elevate properties and spaces, ensuring every detail is executed with care and precision. I love the opportunity and challenges that come with bringing every project to fruition.

Aaron Facey

Grounds Maintenance + Snow & Ice Supervisor

I joined All Terrain in November 2021 and quickly grew into my role as Grounds Maintenance and Snow & Ice Supervisor. I take tremendous pride in leading crews to success, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety year-round—from vibrant summer landscapes to precise snow and ice management in winter. One of my favorite features to create is a freshly edged lawn, bringing a sharp, clean finish to every property. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing and spending time with family.

I’m Jay, Fleet Manager at All Terrain, and I’ve been with the team since 2009. Over the years, I’ve watched the company grow and take on new challenges, and my role has been making sure our fleet is ready every step of the way. I focus on keeping every vehicle and piece of equipment safe, reliable, and efficient so our teams can perform their work without interruption. I enjoy the challenge of overseeing such a dynamic fleet—balancing maintenance, repairs, and planning ahead to keep things moving smoothly. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, making the most of every season.

Mark Nachtnebel

Fleet Technician/Core Staff

I started with All Terrain in 2014, laying sod for the company. Since then, I’ve been involved in many aspects of the business, from Grounds Maintenance to Enhancements, and now in my current role as Fleet Technician. Today, I focus on keeping everything in the shop running smoothly so our crews have what they need to perform their best in the field. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time on the water fishing. For me, there’s no better way to unwind after a long week than casting a line and relaxing outdoors.

For the past year and a half, I’ve helped keep things running smoothly through administration and health and safety, while also being a friendly, familiar face for employees and visitors. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my family. My favourite part of winter is the calm of freshly fallen snow—it always reminds me to slow down and enjoy life’s simple moments.

Glen McCarron

Engagement + Social Media Specialist

I started with All Terrain in 2018 as a member in our Enhancements Division. I then moved into grounds maintenance where I found my passion as a Crew Lead working with people and helping guide a successful team. I moved into my current role in November of 2024 where I enjoy working with and capturing the hard work from all divisions of our company, helping push a positive team first mentality and culture with confidence. When not working I enjoy spending time with family and soaking in a good golf course with good company. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people thrive together in a team atmosphere and accomplish their goals. I’m a true believer that Together WE accomplish more.

Don Purchase

Snow + Ice Operations Manager

I retired in 2023 after 35 years of public service with the City of London. Throughout my career, I was fortunate to take on a variety of roles — starting as a Labourer, then Equipment Operator, Supervisor, and spending the final 17 years as Manager of Roads. Every snowfall meant I was out there, so stepping away from snow fighting wasn’t easy.

That’s why I’m grateful to have joined the team at All Terrain Property Maintenance. They’ve given me the opportunity to bring my experience and passion for winter operations to a company that truly values quality and care. The pride this team takes in delivering top-tier service is clear, and it’s driven by a strong culture of teamwork, safety, and customer commitment. I feel lucky to be part of a group that supports one another and strives for excellence in everything they do.

When the snow melts, I enjoy retirement by diving into dog sports with my Border Collie, Chaos. We compete in agility, disc, dock diving, and spend countless hours working on positive reinforcement training. When I’m not with Chaos, I enjoy going to concerts and hitting the road on my motorcycle.

Retirement has been incredible — and being part of the All Terrain team is a big part of that.

Ryan Webber

Co-Founder + Chief Executive Officer

I’m Ryan, and I’ve been proud to own and operate All Terrain for over 20 years. What started as a passion for working outdoors has grown into a company I truly love, built on hard work, great people, and a commitment to keeping properties looking their best all year long. I take a lot of pride in not just the work we do, but the team and community we’ve built along the way. When I’m not out on a job or planning for next season, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends or enjoying the outdoors.

Kirstin Webber

Co-Founder + Chief Administrative Officer

I started All Terrain when I was 20 years old, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since. What excites me most about my work isn’t just the business itself, but the people. I have a true passion for employee development—helping others grow, succeed, and discover their own potential. I believe that when you take care of your team, they in turn take care of your customers, and that’s what makes great service possible. I’ve always loved fall, especially the Ginkgo tree. Its golden leaves remind me that change is exciting, full of possibility, and a chance to improve—a philosophy I try to bring to both my team and my work every day.

Kayla Gillies

Chief Financial Officer

With over 15 years in the industry, I’ve been part of All Terrain since its inception, as well as involved in the other companies under the Rystin Group. As CFO, I’m passionate about building sustainable growth and keeping the company on a strong financial path while supporting our team’s success. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my family or recharging in the mountains of beautiful British Columbia.
